I ordered a dozen roses for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The day of intended delivery I received a phone call saying they were out of roses and that I could either wait until the day AFTER my anniversary, or I could let them pick something for her. At no point was there an apology, or any sympathy given. The lack of empathy and understanding combined with the poor inventory/website management has left a very poor taste in my mouth and very unlikely to order from them ever again. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hi Rob - We're sorry you feel we were unsympathetic-however we only get fresh shipments once a week. We deal with a perishable product and the goal is to sell out before our new shipment gets to us. I personally know your wife, and KNOW that she loves orange lilies, and by her facebook post-loved the flowers she recieved.If you had planned ahead a little instead of calling the morning of your anniversary-we possibly could have saved roses for your order.Summer is generally a quieter time-so we don't stock as much product. We are happy to order extra when someone pre-orders.

My sister (to whom I sent flowers) was in town when the shop called about delivering, my sister went by the shop to save the delivery driver the trip & the gal at the shop put extra flowers in the arrangement to make up the cost of the now non required delivery. I was very impressed with that! The arrangement was beautiful & the service impressive!
